Sales Analyst About the Role Our client is seeking a Sales Analyst to support business and sales leaders through high‑quality reporting, data analysis, and actionable insights. This role plays a key part in improving the consistency, accuracy, and availability of sales data while translating business needs into effective reporting and analytics solutions. This is a hands‑on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, partnering cross‑functionally, and contributing directly to business decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities for the Sales Analyst Partner with Sales and Commercial leaders to understand reporting and analytics needs Develop, maintain, and standardize sales reports and dashboards aligned with business priorities Deliver accurate and timely standard and ad‑hoc sales reporting and analysis Analyze sales data to identify trends, variances, and outliers, and provide clear explanations and insights Respond to field inquiries related to sales performance metrics, historical trends, and account‑ or product‑level data Maintain and update healthcare facility affiliations (e.g., acute care, long‑term care, government) and align them to parent organizations such as IDNs and GPOs Document reporting processes and support consistent reporting best practices across the sales organization Partner with Finance, Operations, and other teams to understand data sources and improve reporting quality Participate in process improvement initiatives to support efficiency and profitability Present reporting insights and recommendations to leadership as needed Assist with training and support of end users on reporting tools and dashboards Qualifications for the Sales Analyst Bachelor’s degree required 2–3 years of experience in sales reporting, finance, sales support, or data analysis Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, working with large datasets) Experience working with ERP systems and reporting databases Experience with data visualization or reporting tools is a plus (Power BI preferred) Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, changing environment Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting Healthcare or medical device industry experience is a plus, but not required Proactive, hands‑on mindset with a positive, service‑oriented approach
