Position Overview

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2–10+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently managing a full caseload from intake through resolution.

Responsibilities

· Independently manage approximately 100–125 pre-litigation personal injury cases

· Handle cases from intake through settlement, litigation, and trial as experience permit

· Assist with client intakes and consultations

· Review medical records and supporting documentation

· Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and strategy

· Negotiate claims with insurance carriers

· Draft demand packages and settlement communications

· Coordinate with medical providers, experts, and investigators

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing in Colorado
• 2–10+ years of legal experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage a substantial caseload
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Commitment to providing outstanding client service

Preferred Qualifications

• Personal injury plaintiff's practice experience
• Litigation experience
• Fluency in both English and Spanish

Spanish-language proficiency is preferred due to our client population but is not required for consideration.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $110,000 – $185,000 depending on experience and qualifications
