As part of the Sea Pines Resort team, you'll play a key role in maintaining the high standards of excellence that have made us one of the most iconic and celebrated resorts in the Lowcountry.This role is responsible for maintaining guest rooms, homes, villas, restaurants, golf facilities, pools, and public areas to the highest standards while supporting safe and exceptional guest experience.Essential ResponsibilitiesMaintain all resort assets to Sea Pines standards of excellencePerform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs across all property areasTroubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, painting, and mechanical systemsRespond promptly to service requests with professionalism and urgencyExecute work with high craftsmanship and attention to detailSafely use tools, equipment, and maintenance systemsAssist with projects, storm preparation, and emergency responseIdentify and report potential issues proactivelyAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and a part of a teamGuest Experience & Service CultureDeliver hospitality aligned with Sea Pines service standardsInteract professionally with guests and homeownersMaintain a clean, polished, and professional appearanceMinimize disruption in guest-facing environmentsSafety & ComplianceFollow OSHA standards and resort safety proceduresAlways use proper PPE and safe work practicesMaintain clean and hazard-free work areasParticipate in safety training and initiativesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred in resort or similar settingWorking knowledge of multiple trades requiredStrong troubleshooting and communication skillsMust have valid driver's licensePhysical RequirementsAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spacesAbility to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to safely operate maintenance tools and equipmentWork EnvironmentResort-wide responsibilities across indoor and outdoor spacesExposure to heat, humidity, and coastal weather conditionsFlexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidaysEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
