Partner with Training, Change Management, and Communications to support role-based enablement, advocate networks, communities of practice, and sustainable adoption of new AI ways of working. Facilitate workshops and executive forums to clarify strategy, evaluate tradeoffs, align stakeholders, and convert complex or ambiguous issues into actionable decisions and plans. Manage program budgets, vendor relationships, statements of work, forecasts, and investment tracking; partner with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Technology leaders to support sound decisions and delivery commitments. Ensuring AI transformation work incorporates appropriate governance, security, privacy, legal, regulatory, ethical-use, evaluation, observability, and operational readiness practices, including HIPAA requirements where applicable.
