Number of Beds -4 ORs 1 Endo
Number of Staff 4 FT RN, 3 FT CST, 1 PRN RN,
1 One Call Only F-Sun OR RN & 1 Call Only F-Sun CST, 2 EVS, 3 SPD
Type of staff:
o Day Shift (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Depending on OR schedule
o Night Shift - None
Patient Ratios
Type of equipment - Stryker, DaVinci, Mako, Globus,
EMR - Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
BLS & ACLS
Ortho and Spine experience

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

Scrub Color - Light Blue OR Scrubs provided onsite

Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
On-call is Mon thru Thurs, 5P - 6A one or two times a week. Weekends as needed and can be split up between nurses on staff.

Awards/Recognition: Feel free to include items such as links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards, reigning annual chili cook-off winners, etc.
