Restaurant General Manager

Compensation: $70-80K plus 25% bonus potential

Condado Tacos is looking for General Managers who are expressive, knowledgeable, and hospitality driven. Our leaders hold themselves to a higher level of engagement, with their teams, operations, and our guests. • Not only finding the best talent, but training and supporting the team daily.
• Serving the local community as if they were friends and family; whether inside or outside the four walls.
• Continuously finding new ways to boost sales and build relationships with our Catering and Marketing departments. 
• Dedication to health and safety standards outlined by Condado and the Department of Health.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of previous casual dining restaurant manager experience required, preferably General Manager.
