Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  Evaluate patients speech, language, and communication abilities through comprehensive assessments.

  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress accurately and maintain thorough clinical records.
  
  
• 
  Adapt therapy techniques based on patient response and evolving needs.
  
  
• 
  Comply with facility policies, including bringing required identification and wearing a photo badge at all times.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid state license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience in speech and language disorder assessment and therapy.
  
  
• 
  Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
  
  
• 
  Ability to adapt therapy strategies to accommodate diverse patient needs.

  Knowledge of current best practices and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

  Ability to commit to a 16-week contract schedule.
