The Team We\'re looking for Full Stack Engineers to join our Customer Success team. This team exists for one reason: make sure the people using Pylon can close loans quickly, confidently, and without friction. Mortgage is complex. Our customers are navigating regulations, timelines, and borrower expectations simultaneously. Your job is to make all of that feel simple. You\'ll work directly on the surfaces our customers touch every day — building features that solve real problems they\'re experiencing right now, not six months from now. This isn\'t a team where your work disappears into a backlog. You ship something on Monday, and by Tuesday someone is using it to fund a loan faster. Here Is What You\'ll Do Model hard domain problems in code. Mortgage has edge cases that have edge cases. You\'ll turn messy, real-world lending scenarios into clean, reliable software. Get immediate feedback on live customer problems. You\'re not guessing what matters. Customers tell us what hurts, and you build the fix. The loop between "this is broken" and "this is shipped" is tight. Own solutions end-to-end. From the first line of code to production deploy to long-term maintenance — it\'s yours. No throwing things over the wall to another team. Sweat the details. The difference between a good mortgage platform and a great one is in the small things.
