Ayat is looking for experienced, hospitality-driven servers to join our team. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service while sharing the rich culture and traditions behind Palestinian and Middle Eastern cuisine.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver warm, attentive, and professional service to every guest.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our menu, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Guide guests through the menu, confidently making recommendations and answering questions about dishes, dietary restrictions, and allergens.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred.
• Knowledge of Middle Eastern and/or Palestinian cuisine is required , or the ability to demonstrate familiarity with traditional dishes, ingredients, and flavors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Weekend and evening availability is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
