Our Long-Term Care client in Texas is actively seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join their dedicated healthcare team. This full-time opportunity offers flexible scheduling across day, evening, and overnight shifts and is ideal for an LVN passionate about providing exceptional patient care in a supportive and mission-driven environment.

As an LVN, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to residents while collaborating with a compassionate interdisciplinary team. Schedule

• Available Shifts: Days, Evenings, and Nights
• Status: Full-Time (32-40 hours/week)
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Rate: Competitive hourly compensation based on experience
• Shift Differential: Additional pay available for evening and overnight shifts

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the State of Texas
• Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or related clinical settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient-care skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
