Location: Mc Lean, VA Pay Rate: $25.24 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts'): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you. Responsibilities: Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor credentials, issuing passes as directed, and documenting arrivals, departures, and/or deliveries in accordance with site protocols. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Answer phones, greet employees and visitors, and support front desk operations by providing directions, handling inquiries, and reporting unusual activity through proper channels. Maintain accurate logs, reports, and other records related to access control, visitor management, and/or front desk activity in an aero and defense location. Minimum Requirements: Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
