AR/AP Specialist


Express Employment on 61st and Center is currently recruiting for an AR/AP Specialist to join a local company in Omaha!


Position Details:
• Type: Evaluation hire
• Schedule: Day shift hours
• Location: Omaha, NE
• Pay/Salary: $20/hour


Job Duties:
• Generate invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Process vendor invoices, verify expenses, and prepare payments.
• Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Support financial audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.


Requirements:
• Associates/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
