We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Prep Cook to join our kitchen team in Covington, KY. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing ingredients and maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring according to recipes and instructions. Assist chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas. Ensure all food items are stored properly and safely. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Help with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Support the kitchen team in daily operations to meet service demands. Skills & Qualifications Previous experience as a Prep Cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment. Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards. Good communication and teamwork skills.
