Laboratory Supervisor

Supervise technical and/or non-technical laboratory personnel and daily operations to meet organizational and regulatory requirements Oversee personnel, processes, service levels, regulatory compliance, and integration of intra and inter-departmental activities Achieve department goals for service, quality, regulatory compliance, and financial performance Demonstrate leadership skills to motivate and teach staff effectively Review and approve payroll, purchasing requisitions, and scheduling requests You Should Have: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology required 5 years of experience as a Medical Technologist State of Florida Supervisor License in all 5 specialty areas or ability to obtain Note: This job description is indicative and may be subject to change.
