Role: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Case Supervisor Location: 303 Pirkle Ferry Road, Cumming, GA 30040 Target Earnings: CS1: $99,000.00; CS2: $103,000; CS3: $107,000; Sr. CS-1: $112,000; Sr. CS-2: $120,000 Signing Bonus: $5,000 Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 based on experience Responsibilities Providing clinical consultation and overseeing treatment programming for staff and clients. Collaborating with parents or other caregivers to ensure client progress is sustained long‑term. Developing and leading other team members. Learning about and implementing innovative ABA methods, such as Relational Frame Theory (RFT). Attending trainings, GABA, or other conferences. Billable requirement: starting at 20 hours per week.
