Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide expert care in the Emergency Room, ensuring timely and quality patient services within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency and acute care treatments to patients based on physician directives.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and health maintenance.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current Georgia or Compact RN license.
• Possess at least 1 year of ER nursing experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Complete all required compliance onboarding within 48 hours of contract signing.
• Able to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
