About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support leaders within our MCL Technology organization in North America. In this role, you will provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support, helping ensure smooth operations across teams. You will play a key role in maintaining organized schedules, supporting team activities, and assisting with documentation and communication, enabling leaders to stay focused on key business priorities. - Manage calendars and assist with scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for team members as needed
- Support meeting preparation, including agendas, materials, and note-taking when required
- Assist with maintaining team documentation, presentations, and shared resources
- Coordinate team meetings, events, and internal activities from planning through execution
- Provide administrative support for reporting, data tracking, and basic presentation updates
- Serve as a point of contact for internal coordination across teams and stakeholders
- Maintain team sites, SharePoint pages, and organizational documentation
- Support internal communications and ensure timely follow-ups on action items
- Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant, Team Assistant, or similar support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
- Clear verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Strong reliability, follow-through, and a proactive mindset
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
