High Jewelry Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

As the High Jewelry Project Manager at JPX, you will work closely with the team in the following key areas:

PRODUCT DEVELOPEMENT & MANUFACTURING

Communicate effectively with contractors on project execution and due dates, and with vendors in receiving/retrieving products/goods/services Collaborate on creating specification drawings and documents for contractors Prep projects for production — creating job bags, organizing relevant materials Participate and assist in the retrieval and coordination of services and goods pertaining to each project, such as sourcing gemstones, metals, and other components Own and maintain the 3D printer and model preparation Capture details of the manufacturing process for client communication Prepare the shipping of samples and finished products to clients

COMPANY / OFFICE AD-HOC

Set up and break down client meetings, including collecting paperwork/data pertaining to each project Collaborate on creating and building out standard processes, reference documents, and checklists Assist in standardizing working processes for managing projects and associated timelines Take quarterly inventory of all on-hand materials and finished products Manage and maintain ordering of relevant office materials Handle day-to-day office admin tasks to contribute to the smooth operation of the studio

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in the jewelry industry with a focus on manufacturing, product development, and design High School Degree Bachelors in a related industry: Fine Art, Industrial Design, Engineering Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a personable and positive attitude

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
