Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team. This role requires a strong focus on patient care in an outpatient orthopedic setting, with a productivity expectation of seeing 12-14 patients per day and achieving 60 visits per week. Candidates should be able to manage follow-up visits effectively with some double-booking expected. Care will be delivered across a dedicated outpatient population, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of service and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic patients.
• Deliver high-quality therapy interventions and rehabilitation services.
• Maintain productivity goals while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Outpatient experience is preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) candidates will not be considered for this role.
• First-time travelers will be accepted.
