Senior Professional Surveyor

What You'll Do Perform conventional and GPS computations and analysis. Conduct land records research. Supervise field crew. Take field measurements and stakeout of survey projects. Make boundary decisions based on Colonial Land reconstruction theories. Prepare and seal final surveys for boundary, subdivision, site plans, etc. Prepare engineering basemaps for civil and structural design projects. Communicate with architects, engineers, geologists, and other team members collaboratively. Coordinate with the Principal Surveyor for evaluation of staffing, equipment, project, and marketing efforts. What You Bring High School Graduate and an Associate's Degree or 5–10 years of experience (preferred). NH Survey License or ability to obtain NH licensure within 6 months. Licenses in Maine and/or Massachusetts preferred. 5–10 years of professional experience in land surveying in northern New England or a similar setting. Ability to manage projects and handle client relations. Physical fitness: ability to lift 50 pounds; complete field work; carry equipment; cut traverse lines; walk on undeveloped sites. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Experience with AutoCAD design software, including Civil3D. Strong technical skills. Salary Range: The compensation range starts at $100,000 and is based on experience and licensure.
