Responsibilities

* Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
* Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
* Collaborate with nursing, therapy, physicians, and families to achieve patient goals
* Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and therapy support staff as appropriate
* Participate in care conferences, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary meetings
* Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards
* Educate patients, families, and caregivers on functional independence and safety strategies
* Contribute to a positive and patient-centered rehabilitation environment

Qualifications

* Current Washington State Occupational Therapist License
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
* New graduates encouraged to apply
* Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
