Transactional Attorney (Real Estate)

Senior Attorney Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a Premier, award-winning law firm based in Manhattan Beach, California, specializing in business law and real estate law. They are in the middle of a serious growth run. New business, real estate, and estate matters are coming in faster than our current team can absorb, and we're adding a dedicated Transactional Attorney to help carry that momentum forward. For an experienced attorney who wants real ownership of sophisticated deal work, not overflow assignment, this is a rare entry point at a firm that’s actually expanding. You’ll work directly with our managing partners on high-value business, real estate, and estate transactions, from formation through close, helping clients structure deals that protect what they’ve built and head off disputes before they land in litigation. This isn’t a document-assembly role; you’ll help shape deal strategy from day one and have a genuine hand in building out the practice as it grows. Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, corporate resolutions, and governance documents Handle complex real estate instruments, commercial leases, buy-sell agreements, and deeds Lead entity formations, dissolutions, and asset purchase transactions Run due diligence on corporate and real estate deals, including asset purchase agreements and promissory notes Advise clients directly on risk mitigation, compliance, and deal structure Partner with managing partners on the firm’s most sophisticated transactional matters Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver a consistently high standard of client service Requirements: Active California Bar membership in good standing 5+ years handling corporate, real estate, or trust and estate transactions Sharp command of California contract and business law A drafting and negotiation style that clients trust and opposing counsel respect The composure to manage multiple closings under deadline pressure A collaborative streak; you want to help build something with a team, not just clock in Compensation & Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Sick Leave Compensation range: $150,000 - $200,000 plus bonuses Location: Manhattan Beach, California Remote/Hybrid from day one #J-18808-Ljbffr Career Consulting Partners
