Sr. Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:
• Communicate with all levels of the organization, gather requirements for process improvements, development changes, and new projects, and work closely with the rest of the IT and development teams to accomplish the goals.
• Support the ERP system and all integrations related to it, including WMS systems, e-commerce platforms, POS systems, etc.
• Analysis of solution requirements, translating these requirements into technical specifications for the development team, helping in the design of the solutions, assisting in UAT and implementation of solutions, and post-implementation support.
• Work with key stakeholders across all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies (e-commerce, marketing, customer service, stores, supply chain, finance).
• Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and conduct cost/benefit analysis to make crucial business decisions, and then communicate findings to executive teams.
• Design and document end-to-end solutions, and communicate functional requirements to internal and external project teams and developers.
• Initiate, plan, manage, and support a different range of projects and simultaneously work on several projects.
• Perform QA on the developed solutions and help the users with the UAT process, ensuring that the solutions meet their business needs.
• Understand and help support all integrations between the ERP system and external systems, most importantly the Warehouse Management System, be able to troubleshoot issues and dive deep into the technical details of the integration.
• Perform detailed research using SQL on the system data inconsistencies and resolve problems.

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of manufacturing / retail experience with knowledge of ERP, WMS, and overall supply chain processes.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL required.
• Deep understanding of business requirements gathering and how to use this data to architect solutions.
• Working knowledge of all aspects of Systems Development Life Cycle, Change Management, Release Management, Configuration Management, Quality Assurance and Testing, Requirements Gathering, Project Management, and Systems Analysis and Design.
• Experience with Business Intelligence and reporting tools is a plus.
• Advanced skills with all Microsoft Office for the creation of management reports, presentations, and analysis.
• Skilled in merging diverse data from different platforms, formats, and environment
