Join us in inspiring a healthier, happier community! What You’ll Do As a Sales Associate for Front Desk, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our members and guests. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting and assisting members and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. Driving membership sales by engaging with potential members and explaining the benefits of our studio. Promoting and selling retail products to enhance the member experience. Supporting marketing initiatives to attract new members and retain existing ones. Maintaining a clean and organized front desk and studio environment. Collaborating with the team to meet sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service. What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you’ll need: Ability to work Monday and Wednesday, 3p-9p. 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for helping others. The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
