Install Coordinator

Pay or shift range: $24 USD to $29 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. We need an HVAC Install Coordinator in Phoenix who can own the space between the sale and the finished job. That means every customer knows what's happening, every permit is pulled, every install is closed out correctly in ServiceTitan, and every job ends with a happy customer on the other end of a phone call. WHAT YOU'LL DO Coordinate HVAC installations from point of sale through final completion Communicate with customers at every stage of their installation Schedule all jobs with complete accuracy — no gaps, no surprises Manage the permit and inspection process on every job Perform post-installation Happy Calls on all completed installations Ensure 100% of jobs are properly closed out in ServiceTitan Collect payment on 100% of installation jobs Serve as the link between customers and installation crews WHY GOETTL $24-$29/hr based on experience — paid weekly A company with 85 years behind it and serious momentum ahead Supportive team environment — you won't be figuring it out alone Room to grow within a multi-market organization WHAT YOU BRING Strong written and verbal communication skills — customers and crews are counting on you Excellent organizational and time management ability Computer proficient: email, MS Office, and related tools Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Meticulous attention to detail Clean driving record and valid driver's license Able to pass background check and drug screen Preferred: Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software Prior coordination or scheduling experience in a home services environment We Do Things The Right Way, Not The Easy Way.
