Production Worker - Rockford, IL


Starting Pay: $17.31/hour
Pay after 90 days: $21.51/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM
Overtime & weekends: As needed

We're hiring Production Workers for a growing manufacturing company in Sout Beloit for DIRECT HIRE!

Pay Progression

• Starting: $17.31/hour
• After 30 days: $18.71/hour
• After 60 days: $20.11/hour
• After 90 days: $21.51/hour
• Union eligibility after 90 days

Job Duties

• Finish and repair concrete products
• Use hand and power tools
• Lift and move materials
• Assist with rebar, wire, anchors, and other materials
• Keep work areas clean and safe
• Follow safety procedures and inspect equipment

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, construction, or landscaping experience is a plus
• Comfortable using hand tools
• Reliable and willing to work as part of a team
• Able to follow instructions
• Concrete experience is a plus

Requirements

• Able to lift 35+ lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in heat, cold, dust, noise, and outdoor conditions
• Must wear required PPE, including steel-toe boots
