Qualifications:

• Active Wisconsin school SLP license required
• Previous experience working in a school environment strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based speech and language intervention strategies
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school professionals
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students academic and social-emotional growth
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning processes
• Offer consultation and training to staff and families to facilitate effective support strategies
