Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT)

A respected regional healthcare provider in the Arkansas River Valley is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) to join its patient-focused respiratory care team. This opportunity offers the chance to work in a collaborative hospital setting providing respiratory care across a variety of patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with cardiopulmonary disorders
• Administer respiratory therapies and medications
• Manage ventilators and other respiratory support equipment
• Perform arterial blood gas collection and analysis
• Respond to emergency respiratory situations
• Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments and disease management
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Current CRT or RRT credential required
• Arkansas Respiratory Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain)
• BLS certification required
• ACLS, PALS, and NRP preferred
• Hospital experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Schedule
