Role Summary The Caregiver provides essential hands-on support to seniors, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. They follow individualized service plans, document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents. The role involves engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Effective communication with families and care teams is vital. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be 18+, and hold CPR/First Aid certification or be willing to obtain it. Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.
