Position Summary Join our dynamic team at Walmart's Central Fill Pharmacy in Spring, Texas as an Area Coach, Pharmacy Operations Manager. In this role you will lead a high‑performing team in an automated environment to ensure the swift and accurate processing of prescriptions that support our retail pharmacies in delivering exceptional clinical services to the community. Shift Availability 2nd Shift – 3:00 pm to 3:00 am. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team in a fast‑paced, automated environment. Analyze business and financial data to support the achievement of financial goals. Ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct regular audits. Develop and coordinate work plans, monitor project timelines and milestones. Resolve operational issues and improve service delivery quality. Qualifications Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyze and interpret business metrics. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and present to audiences. Experience in safety management and compliance within a manufacturing or warehouse setting. Proven project management skills, including risk mitigation and strategic planning. Proficiency in data collection and analysis techniques to ensure accurate reporting. Minimum Qualifications 1 year’s experience as a Walmart supervisor; OR 2 years’ external leadership experience leading a team of five or more supervisors and/or employees. Evidence of full vaccination as defined by CDC guidelines or approval of a medical or religious accommodation for the vaccination mandate. Completion of a Board‑approved pharmacy technician program or Pharmacy Technician University program. Must become a registered pharmacy technician in the state of practice within one year of job entry. Preferred Qualifications Leadership experience that includes performance management responsibilities. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Salary and Compensation The annual salary range for this position is $64,000.00 – $96,000.00. Additional compensation may include performance‑based bonus awards and Regional Pay Zone adjustments based on location.
