Manager Financial Planning and Analysis

Abbott seeks a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to provide strategic financial leadership to the Global Engineering Services organization. The role manages financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and capital decisions while supervising three finance professionals and partnering with senior business leaders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as finance business partner to Engineering, EHS, and Global Security organizations
- Prepare and review financial forecasts and evaluate key business assumptions
- Manage month-end close process and prepare financial results reporting for senior leadership
- Review capital expenditure requests and lease transactions for policy compliance
- Develop, coach, and mentor three direct report finance professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 7+ years progressive FP&A or accounting experience
- Prior experience supervising or leading finance professionals
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with SAP, Hyperion, or similar financial planning systems
- Demonstrated expertise in forecasting, variance analysis, budgeting, and management reporting
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior business leaders
Compensation: $113,300–$226,700 base
