Scale Sales Teams Sales Position

Scale Sales Teams is adding a full-time sales professional to our Houston, TX team. This is a fully remote sales position focused on having productive business conversations with prospective clients, identifying genuine needs, and helping qualified opportunities move forward.

You will be stepping into an existing sales operation rather than being asked to create one from the ground up. The systems surrounding the sales roleincluding prospecting, appointments, sales processes, and AI-supported client acquisitionare already established.

Your responsibility is to execute effectively inside that environment.

A Typical Sales Conversation

The role starts with understanding the prospect. You will speak with business owners and prospective clients through Zoom and phone, ask questions about what they are trying to accomplish, understand the challenges they are currently facing, and determine whether Scale Sales Teams offers an appropriate solution.

When there is a legitimate fit, you will help the prospect understand the relevant solution and what moving forward would involve. When additional follow-up is appropriate, you will keep the conversation organized and moving.

This is a consultative sales role. Strong performance comes from listening, asking useful questions, communicating clearly, and making sound decisions about which opportunities should progress.

What Youll Be Responsible For

• Conducting scheduled sales conversations by phone and Zoom
• Learning about prospects businesses, objectives, and current challenges
• Identifying and qualifying appropriate opportunities
• Explaining relevant services and solutions clearly
• Handling questions and objections professionally
• Following up with active opportunities when needed
• Keeping CRM records and pipeline information accurate
• Managing your sales activity consistently while working remotely
• Following established sales processes and frameworks
• Improving through coaching, feedback, and repetition
• Contributing to individual and team sales performance

You Wont Be Building the Sales Infrastructure Alone

Scale Sales Teams already operates prospecting systems, appointment infrastructure, sales frameworks, AI-assisted marketing and client-acquisition methods, and ongoing support.

The position is designed so the salesperson can focus primarily on the actual work of selling: conversations, discovery, qualification, communication, follow-up, pipeline management, and execution.

Access to pre-scheduled qualified appointments is part of the existing environment.

Candidates may come from sales, business development, appointment setting, closing, or another client-facing background. You should be comfortable having professional conversations with business owners and prospects, asking direct questions, staying organized, and following a defined process while still communicating naturally.
