Managed Care Coordinator - Clinician (Non-RN, Hybrid)

The Elevance Health Companies, Inc. is hiring a Managed Care Coordinator-Clinician NonRN to provide support in member care management. The ideal candidate will assist Registered Nurses in conducting assessments and coordinating care for members with chronic illnesses. This position allows for full-time remote work, although candidates must be prepared for in-person training. Active licensure as LPN/LVN or equivalent is necessary along with at least 2 years of relevant experience in care coordination. #J-18808-Ljbffr
