Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Polysomnographer for a travel assignment in Burlington, VT. This role offers an opportunity to work in an engaging environment, focusing on 1:1 and 2:1 patient to tech ratios. Key responsibilities of the Polysomnographer include:
- Conduct sleep studies and monitor patients using specialized equipment
- Score sleep studies ensuring data accuracy and reliability
- Troubleshoot technical challenges encountered during sleep studies
- Perform mask fittings and patient education
- Maintain excellent bedside manners and patient care
Requirements of the Polysomnographer include:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience; 3-5 years preferred
- Experience as a PSG technologist with proficiency in sleep study scoring and data acquisition
- Epic experience within the past 2 years required
- BLS certification required
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a science field or completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sleep Technology Program preferred
