Back of House (BOH) Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Assist with food prep and inventory
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- We Need Reliable, hardworking individuals who show up and take pride in their work
- Team players who want to help the business grow
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
Islander Food Shack is a great local spot on Perdido Key, known for its laid-back and friendly atmosphere. We serve lunch and dinner and take pride in being home of the 2nd Best Bushwacker in Pensacola!
