Part-Time Shifts Available:
- Morning Shift: 7:30 AM 12:30 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM 6:00 PM
MondayFriday. Flexible scheduling available for college students.

Pugmire Lincoln of Marietta is seeking professional, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time BDC Service Representatives to join our Service Business Development Center. This role offers valuable experience in customer service, communication, scheduling, and dealership operations.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, texts, and online service inquiries
- Schedule customer service appointments
- Conduct outbound calls for recalls, maintenance reminders, and follow-ups
- Present Pickup & Delivery and Mobile Service options when available
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and dealership staff
- Maintain accurate customer records and appointment notes
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
Qualifications
- Current college students encouraged to apply
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, or call center experience preferred
- Professional communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and dependable attendance
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
