Brake Press Programmer/Operator (AccuPress)

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Brake Press Programmer/Operator with experience on AccuPress machines to support precision sheet metal fabrication. This is a hands‑on role responsible for programming, setup, and operation of brake press equipment to produce high-quality components used in specialized manufacturing applications. Key Responsibilities Program, set up, and operate AccuPress brake press machines Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Perform accurate bends and form parts to tight tolerances Select proper tooling and perform machine setups independently Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and compliance with specifications Make adjustments as needed to maintain precision and efficiency Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and quality standards Qualifications 3+ years of brake press programming and operating experience Experience with AccuPress equipment required Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills Ability to work independently in a job shop or low-to-mid volume environment Experience with sheet metal fabrication Turnkey experience is a strong plus Compensation $24–$28 per hour (based on experience) #J-18808-Ljbffr G.Z.Q.S.O.
