The role you will play: Lead maintenance operations for manufacturing equipment, facilities, and support systems to maximize uptime, reliability, and production efficiency. Develop and enhance preventive maintenance programs, coordinating repairs and maintenance schedules to minimize operational disruptions. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and automated production equipment. Supervise maintenance personnel, prioritize daily workloads, and foster a collaborative, safety-focused team environment. Partner with production teams and external vendors to resolve equipment issues, source replacement parts, and support continuous operational improvements. Maintain equipment inspections, maintenance records, and regulatory compliance while promoting workplace safety and Lean manufacturing principles. Apply technical expertise in industrial maintenance, including PLC systems, blueprint interpretation, fabrication, welding, and the use of mechanical and power tools to support plant operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
