Walking Resident Services Monitor

Hourly Security & Site Support Staff

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Saturday (shift times vary based on assignment)

*Security Class D required*

We are seeking dependable and professional hourly staff to support security and site operations at a pre-construction environment. Team members will be assigned to various posts based on operational needs to ensure safe and efficient site coverage.

Shift Times:
• 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM (9 hours)
• 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (10.5 hours)
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (9 hours)

Responsibilities:
• Maintain a safe and secure construction site environment
• Monitor access points and ensure only authorized personnel enter designated areas
• Support site operations and follow direction from supervision
• Report incidents, safety concerns, or irregular activity immediately
• Maintain a professional presence at all times
• Assist in keeping the site organized, clean, and compliant with safety protocols
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure proper site coverage

Requirements:
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Ability to work in an active construction environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods
• Prior security or construction site experience preferred but not required
• Security Class D required*
