Job Details Job Location: Brian - Burlington County, NJ 08048 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: Graduate Degree Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Day Job Category: Nonprofit - Social Services Responsibilities The Therapist designs and supervises a safe environment and positive residential treatment program for clients with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). Establishes and maintains a positive, strengths-based, developmentally appropriate therapeutic milieu that is in keeping with the values and clinical treatment philosophy of the Agency. Meets all administrative, legal and program requirements as mandated by all operating contracts including, but not limited to DCPP and COA. Oversees and coordinates all aspects of a resident's treatment program along and provides individual, family and group therapy in accordance with the treatment plan in concert with the other treatment team members.
