Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics

Location: Springfield, TN

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description: We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic. The ideal candidate will have outpatient experience, though new graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care through evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapy interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain patient records and documentation in compliance with clinic standards.
• Adhere to productivity expectations, seeing 12-14 patients per day and achieving 60 visits per week.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active PT license in the state of Tennessee.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
