About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Total Rewards to lead the development and execution of the enterprise total rewards strategy. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company's compensation, benefits, and incentive programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business priorities and culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving scalable processes, analytics, and insights to support both plant and corporate populations. Key responsibilities include leading the total rewards strategy, owning the compensation philosophy, and annual cycle execution, and leading the benefits strategy and vendor management. The role also involves building strong cross-functional partnerships and ensuring all programs are operationally practical for a manufacturing environment. Candidates for the Executive Director, Total Rewards position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, or a related HR specialty, with a preference for those with a background in a manufacturing or multi-site environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading enterprise programs and working with cross-functional stakeholders. Strong knowledge of instructional design, learning experience design, and content curation is essential, as is experience with a Learning Management System. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills, as well as a strong customer focus and the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also necessary.
