Earn up to $15.50/hr* Base Pay

$12.50/hr or more + performance bonuses (average $15.50/hr) * While $15.50 an hour is not guaranteed, it reflects the average earnings of team members who meet all performance and training criteria. We reward strong performance and reliability with regular bonus opportunities!

About the Role

As a Retail Manager in Training, you'll help lead daily salon operations, coach team members, deliver excellent customer service, and support store performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a customer-facing environment, leading by example, and helping a team meet sales and service goals. You'll play an important role in creating a positive, high-energy salon environment where clients feel welcomed, team members are supported, and operational standards stay high.

What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all your clients' needs are met and are treated professionally.
• Engage with all clients by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs as a client.
• Make recommendations for products and services.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task such as cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
• Maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures.

Schedule & Availability

This is a part-time opportunity, and candidates should expect to work some nights and weekends.

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment.
• Lift or help lift items and heavier boxes.
• Bend down to pick up trash, towels, and other items from the floor.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
• Work independently and alone during some shifts as business needs require.
