What You’ll Do: Provide overall leadership for all aspects of community operations, including resident services, clinical support, dining, maintenance, life enrichment, sales and administrative functions Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders while building a collaborative and engaged workplace Drive occupancy and financial performance through strategic planning and partnership with sales and marketing teams Develop and manage operating budgets while ensuring fiscal responsibility Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, healthcare partners, and the local community Partner with regional leadership to execute organizational goals and long-term strategic initiatives What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, hospitality, or related field 5+ years of progressive leadership experience within senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related service industry Provide experience leading large teams and managing multi-department operations Strong financial acumen, including budget, forecasting, and operational planning Exceptional communication, relationship building, and leadership skills Passion for serving older adults and creating exceptional resident experiences Why Join Us?
