Senior Developer

Client is seeking a contract Developer to build and test data workflows in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem as part of a large workflow migration engagement for an enterprise client's HR technology function. Working under a technical lead and using Microsoft AI-assisted development tooling (GitHub Copilot or similar), the developer will rebuild existing business workflows as Azure-based solutions, validate their outputs against defined acceptance criteria, and support their transition to the client team. Scope of Work Develop, configure, and unit test data workflows using Azure services, Power Automate, and other selected Microsoft AI-assisted development tools, following patterns and standards set by the technical lead. Implement file-based input/output handling via SharePoint on scheduled intervals. Document each workflow and package unit test evidence to support client review and sign-off. Support defect resolution, parallel run comparisons, and training/transition activities. Qualifications 1-3 years of development experience; working knowledge of the Microsoft/Azure ecosystem (Power Automate, GitHub, Azure Functions or Logic Apps, SharePoint). Solid data transformation fundamentals: joins, aggregation, reconciliation, structured testing. Comfort using AI coding assistants productively and critically (verifying generated output, not just accepting it). Experience handling sensitive data with sound privacy discipline; clear written documentation skills. RIT Solutions, Inc.
