Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to develop new business and grow existing customer relationships for a leading provider of temporary HVAC, power generation, air-quality, and climate-control solutions . This is an opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys being in the field, building relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing solutions that keep commercial and industrial operations running. What You'll Do Develop and grow a territory through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and relationship building. Build strong relationships with facility managers, contractors, property managers, event professionals, and commercial/industrial customers. Identify opportunities for temporary air conditioning, generators, cooling towers, spot coolers, and air-filtration equipment. Conduct customer visits, assess needs, prepare solutions, and follow opportunities through the sales process. Maintain and grow existing accounts while consistently developing new business within the territory. Partner with internal operations and service teams to ensure customers receive the right equipment and exceptional service. What We're Looking For Proven B2B sales or outside sales experience; experience in HVAC, mechanical, electrical, construction, equipment rental, or related industries is a plus. Strong prospecting and business-development skills with a hunter mentality. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage a territory independently. Comfortable working with contractors, facility managers, business owners, and other decision-makers. Technical aptitude and the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory. Why Join?
