Registered Nurse - MedSurg / TelemetryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our MedSurg / Telemetry team. This position involves working in a fast-paced admission unit that caters to both general medical and surgical patients who are awaiting surgery.Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive care to patients in a 10-bed unit, focusing on rapid admissions.Assess and monitor patients' conditions, implementing appropriate nursing interventions.Effectively communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Work independently and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills in a high-turnover environment.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.Qualifications:Must hold a valid nursing license with Nursys license verification.BLS and ACLS certifications are required.Minimum of 2 years of experience in the MedSurg or Telemetry specialty.Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.A complete work history with no gaps greater than 60 days.References and a skills checklist must be provided.The patient-to-nurse ratio is 5:1, ensuring focused and attentive care for each patient.Client Details City Atlanta State GA
