Endodontist - Associate with Pathway to Partnership

If you're an Endodontist who wants to focus on excellent care, with strong operational support behind you, this is an opportunity to practice in Muskegon, Michigan while being supported by Specialized Dental Partners (SDP). SDP is a specialty-focused dental support organization that partners with and supports endodontic practices, providing operational infrastructure so doctors can stay focused on patients, outcomes, and referral relationships.

This role is eligible for Specialized Dental Partners' Loan Relief Program, designed to support Endodontists in select high-priority markets. Through our Access to Care initiative, we help expand access to specialty care in communities where patients have historically had limited optionswhile providing meaningful educational debt support to our doctors.

You'll be joining a community of 450+ specialists across 275+ specialty locations in 36 states who thrive on specialty care and clinical collaboration.

As the Endodontist on the team, you will deliver specialist care that preserves natural teeth, relieves pain, and improves long-term oral health outcomeswhile building trusted relationships with referring doctors and patients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive endodontic care, including diagnosis and treatment planning
• Performing root canal therapy and related endodontic procedures to a high clinical standard
• Communicating effectively with referring providers and patients
• Collaborating with clinical and administrative team members to support efficient patient flow
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Certificate in Endodontics from an accredited residency program
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Endodontics
• Eligible for licensure in Michigan
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
