Where: Goldsboro / Mt. Olive Area, NC
Pay Rate: $16.24/hour
Shift: 1st Shift – 5:55 AM start, work until production is finished
- Operate within a rapid food manufacturing line
- Handle sorting, topping, and packaging with precision
- Match or exceed line speed and daily output targets
- Keep stations clean and adhere to safety practices
- Back up teammates to maintain continuous flow
- Can stand for the entire shift without issue
- Comfortable with repetitive, high-velocity tasks
- Slip-resistant shoes are REQUIRED
- Able to lift 25–40 lbs as needed
- Dependable and ready to work every day
- Strong, self-motivated work ethic (little supervision required)
- Team player who keeps pace with production demands
- Consistent, reliable attendance
- Weekly pay
