About us: The Works Cafe is a growing regional chain of community-minded cafes, dedicated to providing the highest quality food and friendliest customer service. Each of our cafes reflects the unique character and needs of the communities we serve. We're committed to sourcing healthy local ingredients for our breakfast and lunch sandwiches, organic quinoa bowls, chef-inspired salads, gourmet mac & cheese bowls, and bagels. Our mission is to contribute to the health and well-being of our customers, team members and the environment.
About you: Enthusiasm needed: you'll work in a super-fast-paced cafe with awesome customers who deserve outstanding customer service. Know how our food is different and be able to articulate it, prepare it with care and serve it with pride. If you love to smile and have fun, work with team spirit and get satisfaction from a job well done, this is the place for you.
A successful candidate will enjoy working in a customer-service oriented environment, enjoy working as part of a tight-knit team and have a strong passion for delighting customers.

Responsibilities vary per position, can include but not entirely, baking, prep cook, cleaning, food preparation on the line, register/cashier service.
